For security purposes, you will be prompted to sign-in to your current online account to begin. If you do not have a NW Natural online account, registration takes seconds to complete. 

To register, you only need to provide your name, emial address and create a password. You will be able to link your gas account to your online profile after your gas account is provided. 

With an online account you can:

  • Manage your account preferences.
  • Make payments online.
  • View your payment history.
  • Track your gas usage.
  • Sign up for payment programs such as automatic payments.
